Christmas 2008

We have sort of established a tradition of celebrating Xmas at home with J & M’s cousins, C, D and E. The same goes for this year. As usual, we ordered a variety of food which includes sushi platter, satay, stingray, chilli crab, fried beehoon, otak-otak, sotong balls and sausages. It turns out to be quite a sumptuous feast as it is all our favorite food.

J has been pestering me for the past few days if he could open his presents and when the time arrives, he was very excited and ripped away the paper wrappers while M look on curiously. J got a toddler digital camera and M received a personalized Xmas story CD album from us.

As we celebrate M’s 1st Xmas, I can’t help but recall J’s 1st Xmas. Once again, my heart is filled with gratitude and Xmas is definitely the best time to give thanks to God for the blessings he has given me and in my case, he has given me 2x the blessings. You can’t never have enough of the good stuff.
